Hi, I’m Erica.
I am ready to join your UX team.
Why Erica?
I am an aspiring UX designer transitioning from a career in teaching. With a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and user-focused design, I am passionate about creating intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences.
During my teaching career, I developed a keen understanding of how to make complex concepts accessible, clear, and engaging—skills that directly translate into UX design. Whether developing curriculum or mentoring students, I always focused on crafting environments that were easy to navigate and visually stimulating, an approach that contributes to my design philosophy.
Building on this foundation, I have expanded my skill set through online courses and hands-on projects, becoming proficient in design tools like Figma. I am committed to creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that prioritize user experience while also staying current with design trends and best practices.
Now making the transition to UX design full-time, I am eager to leverage my unique background to contribute fresh perspectives, empathy, and creativity to the world of digital design.
